Hello, everyone. As most of you know, I have been in a battle with an individual who rear-ended me last October, as well as their insurance company. She finally filed a claim with her insurance, they totaled my car, and I will be receiving a petty amount from them in the near future. Time and time again, this individual stated that a check for a certain amount was in the mail. She procrastinated, lied, and made numerous false accusations. Not only does she offer knee-jerk responses and logical ignorance, but her grammar stinks. This is definitely not a role-model for us younger generations. As a point of reference (and in all honesty), I have been nothing but flexible, cooperative, and open. There have been no threats or harrassment. I have dropped this case and issue, so no additional advice is needed...she just wanted me to share this with everyone. I was amazed that she actually took the time (and had the brains) to perform a search and find out the information she did about me. I told her none of the information that follows...just out of curiosity, is her usage of the information abusive and prohibited by The Saab Network? It doesn't really matter...just wondering. I certainly didn't appreciate her mockery at the conclusion, either. I just needed to vent some. Thank you, everyone, for all of the advice and support throughout this whole ordeal. Mr Neely, I hate to deny you your 15 minutes of fame and a free trip to
NY, but we are not agreeing to this. As I understand both parties must agree and we strongly do not.
I am under no obligation to have any more contact with you and I would
appreciate it if you would quit threatening and harrassing me with your
comments below. Since this has been turned over to my insurance company and
a claim has been started it is now out of my hands and you cannot try to
get any further funds from me. My insurance company is handling everything
and if you have any problems regarding this accident contact Dan Shuman. I
believe you have his number.
I know that you are playing both sides of the fence and are trying to still
get funds from me which you will not receive. I also know that you are
interested in purchasing a SAAB for your new wife and probably need more
cash to do so. I also know that you are trying to get financed and you do
not have any credit. I also know that this has turned out to be personal for you and you only want to make us pay.
You need to drop this case and let it go, You are receiving compensation
from my insurance company and your statement that you haven't received any
results is not true.
You evidently do not understand the insurance process at all. The only
regret that I have is not turning it in to my insurance company sooner, now
that I have and you are being compensated, LET IT GO. I am sorry about
Katatina, I really am.
Send this to all of you SAAB buddies and see what they think. If you want to make this nasty I can do so and look forward to doing so in court next
Friday.
