the dealer probably will inspect it for free when you complain about vibration at a certain speed. But, they mostly likely will just tell you how much the new rim would cost.
You can find out this way or you can take it to one of the cheapest tire shop and ask them to spin the wheel and show which ones are bent. One cheap shop did it for me for less than $10. Then, if you wanna fix them, you can find a right tire shop depending on your expectations and willingness to pay. Usually, getting a near perfect fix would be close to getting a new rim. So, if you can find a very cheap place who will fix so the vibration go away, then fixing is fine, but otherwise, i don't recommend fixing. Mild bent rims can be straightened from the inside so the appearance usually won't suffer too much. I have all four of my rims fixed and there's no vibrations although the appearance can be much better. Good luck!
