Well, it is 60K intervals with the new tensioner kit. That is the official statement in the Saab bulletin.
We all know by now that different approches are done at each and every repair shop/dealer, but what the dealers has to go by is that they do the timing belt for free at 35, 65 and 95 K miles.
They install a full tensioner kit for free one time and that brings the service level of the belt up to 60K intervals (just like the 9-5 V6). Tensioner/pulleys "never" needs to be replaced again and the service life of belt is 60K.
That's the official service bulletin. Not to be confused with real life.
If I know that the new tensioner kit was installed properly (by me), I have no problem running the timing belt for 60K intervals.
I do not trust anyone saying that they "think" the tensioner was replaced last time, and if the tensioner kit was replaced 60K miles ago it is time for a new kit anyway. That's real life.
