industry by providing them with computer access to state by state trafffic convictions, so if your Co. clears with them at renewal (and I haven't gotten any input as to whether they really do this methodically) a ticket at that speed will hike your premiums pretty good. I agree that you should locate a local lawyer and get it resolved. The lawyer will tell you right away what can and can't be done.
Choicepoint has a web site, and I'm sure any one who does reference checks,
writes insurance, etc. could get an account with them and clear any D/L for occurences for those licenses in most states (a few refuse, as shown on that site. If any one knows more on this, I'd like to hear about it.
