For example, when you state "Diet changes alone are not sucessful for many because the amount of cholesterol in the food that you eat is minor compared to what you body produces." This is true - but cholesterol goes up because of fat intake and being generally overweight, a more serious problem for Americans than almost any other nationality. If you eat fish and rice like the Japanese or drink red wine with meals like the French you won't die of a heart attack. There is very little cholesterol per se in ANY food.
You would be healthier, in all likelihood, if you took fewer pills, read less, and exercised more. Caution: I am not a doctor.
