No - it doens't - seriously... however low price... My sister bought a 9-3 Sports Sedan and she wanted a Vector but when the REAL prices were revealed, she had to go for a 9-3 Linear. It was nowhere near the $28K price tag of the fully optioned 9-2X Aero. However, I've always been a fan of the no-option turbo-charged Saab since I feel turbo-charging is a big part of the Saab experience especially when the moved to all models having a turbo (our main driver is a base model '99 9-3 Turbo Hatchback), but with the 9-2X Linear, there's no turbo so... don't know what to say about it...
