A couple years ago I bought a CRX-Si and sold it and bought a SVT Focus. The CRX turned out to be used and abused while the SVT is in good shape but shows signs that the previous owner used it's performance talents to the fullest extent.
People who buy cars like a WRX or a 9-2x Aero buy them for the performance and they will exploit those attributes. Unless you buy a used high performance car from someone you know, then you have to go into the transaction with the understanding the previous owner beat the crap out of the car.
