This is not really a "store", but a warehouse that distributes parts to repair shops. I wanted to love this place, as they carry parts for both my SAAB and my Audi (and other European cars), and it's fairly close to my house. Their parts are first rate, i.e. Nissens heater cores, Starla exhaust, at good prices, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired - wouldn't even return several calls when I wanted a quote for a wheel bearing. I think that they are suffering from "growing pains", hopefully they will fix the service issue. You could try calling them in advance to see if they have what you need, give them some time to pull the parts from the shelves in back.

Overall, from what I can see, it's not really set up for small end-users like us.
