That aragon is junk. You had better send it to me for proper disposal. :) That would be a good choice for the bass amp in the 3-way active system I'm in the middle of creating.
I have a 13 year old yamaha natural sound rcvr I use in my bedroom system. It's a great little unit. I'm sure the ones mentioned in the above post are quite good if they're working 100%. I don't know why someone would just toss out this kind of gear, especially separates.
Looking at http://www.fmtunerinfo.com/yamaha.html I see that tuner began production in 1983, so you get an idea of the vintage. I have no idea when its production life was over.
Bummer is the used prices on these are low. So you either end up using the gear, or giving it away to friends or family. There isn't a ton of dough to be made on ebay. The aragon, on the other hand...
