The reason I post late at night is that I'm not sleepy. I happened to tip back a few cold ones with my old boss tonight, then come back to the hotel. Happy mid-autumn festival, by the way. Enjoy some mooncakes! One more day here, then I'm off to Japan until Saturday. I can't wait to get home to see my wife!

I got into high eff speakers and tube amps in about 1998 and haven't looked back. I built a Welborne Labs 300B amp, then later found some WE300B's for $450 (OEM, no boxes) and they are NICE. I have a set of eXemplar horns that are too big for my condo, so they're on loan to a buddy. I worked with a pal to build more apartment/condo friendly speakers, but now I have the upgrade bug. I just finished remodelling my whole condo, and I need some sort of project. I bought audax pro mid drivers, more xover boards, and a modded out Welborne 300B amp. I will begin construction in late October if I'm not back in China then...
