I ran a couple of tests. Posted by SWEDECAR [Email] (#112) [Profile/Gallery] (more from SWEDECAR) on Sun, 7 Nov 2004 11:17:34 In Reply to: Exactly...SWEDECAR, but..., Bert K, Sun, 7 Nov 2004 10:08:56 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I uninstalled my whole version of WIS and installed the earliest version I have of the 9-5 (2001-1)
That one is WIS version 1.0
When you did the installation did you follow and choose language and market codes as well as picking standalone PC installation (not server or client installation)?
When I open the program it first pops up a window asking for username and default is already in the box. I then click ok and the program opens up full screen with a model selection window in the middle (in this case only 9-5 now).
When I click on 9-5 it turns blue and and the years are displayed to the right (98-2001) and I just need to choose year and the manual opens up.
On my taskbar I have two icons, the WIS bar and the Testman bar.
When I did the installation I didn't bother to check all the language choices but choose just the GB.
I also don't have any problems opening up pictures in this early version because as I said earlier I don't think the problems arose until they change from WIS 1.0 to 3.0 using the .cgm picture viewer instead of the Testman program.
Maybe you need to do a fresh install again.
