who decides what's new and used? Based on what? Only clear cut is if it's still in the package or not, right? I don't have the "act" so I can't read it and even I did, I wouldn't waste my precious time reading that, but if you have already read and know the answer, please let us know.
I hope Canadian Customs won't ask for receipt of food you ate here in US...
(now if you buy packaged food and take that while in package, than yes, I would expect to pay duties.)
I don't want any stupid surprises when I go to Whistler for Spring skiing.
because my tires only have 1000 miles now. By than I think my tires will have 5000 miles and rotated, but who knows?
