Nice story. So, my Grandfather makes wood funriture as a hobby and made my younger brother a five-drawer dresser (I'd say it's "full-sized" at 4-5' tall, 4' wide and about 18" deep.) He has made our family a number of other items, and my Dad's dad has been gracious enough to deliver with his work truck at an oportune time (Both grandparents lived in the San Jose/Santa Cruz area, so making the trip to Tahoe meant a quick stop in S.J. to pick up the roll-top desk/whatever).
Anyway, on one occasion, we decided we'd head down and pick up the dresser. He gave us the dimensions and we went to figuring. Turns out, we took our 9000 instead of our full-sized Ford Bronco because it would fit in the Saab easier than in the Bronco.
The other day I stuffed two fully assembled bikes in my 9000...much to the chagrin of the guy watching (He thought I was crazy!) Then I closed my hatch, and got in my 30mpg rocket and off I went.
Love these cars!
