Very interesting, Bob. I'm originally from Omaha, and my entire family lives there. SAAB has lost at least two sales to my family members due to the *horrible* service at Stan Olsen. When I live there I had an '80 900 GLi and only once made the mistake of taking the car there for service. Most recently I was in town for a visit and my Mom was interested in looking at the 9-5. I went with her to the dealer and found the sales staff woefully uninformed about SAABS, which would have been ok...but the prospect of dealing with their horrible service department turned us away.
What great news that there will be a new dealer in Omaha!
