I can't believe anyone would talk like this to a customer who bought an expensive car from them. Here are direct quotes from the e-mails I just got from Saab of Milford:

He said:
Nick:
I was glad to hear that they took care of things with your car. The reason for this email is that I don't appreciate the fact that you ripped us apart on Saab-Net. I know that things did not go the easy way, but if I had known that you had posted what you did I would have made sure that you had to travel here to have your work done. I do not appreciate it.

Then I said:
I am happy and thank you that my car was taken care of. However, I stand by what I said. I do think the service, overall, was not very good at all, and wouldn't ever recommend anyone to go to your store, and Saabnet is a place where I can voice my opinion on the service. That is the point of it, and apparently, I am not the only one who feels that way about your business.

I am satisfied now that everything is done, but that doesn't mean that I am happy with the way that I was treated by you or the owner. I am sorry you don't appreciate it, but sometimes the truth can hurt.

And the response was:
If the truth hurts so bad we would not be the number one rated sales department in the entire US. You can place the blame with me and Saab of Milford all you want. You should be man enough to admit that you didn't want to work with us at all the fix the issues. So post whatever you like as far as we are concerned our business is finished and I am glad that you would not send anyone you know to us.

I just find it hard to believe that someone can be so arrogant. "were number one so we don't need you business" is a pretty bad attitude for any business to take.

Sorry about the rant (2) but i just felt I had to get it out. And this is the place where I can do that.
