So instead of doing what the stated they would do, to prepare the car for delivery they didn't. Well that's B.S. to start with, it's bad business to state something will be ready and then have it not be ready. Two weeks in a row is that much worse. Even if I lived NEXT DOOR TO THE DEALER, I would be pissed if I waited 2 weeks when it should have been ready for delivery when they stated it would be ready.

All the crap that followed is them trying to get out of paying for the stuff they were supposed to take care of in the first place. I have family who used to work at new salem saab near albany, ny. (they don't anymore but that's another story) There was a mechanic who just dealt with new cars and used cars for sale. His only job was to prep new deliveries and fix stuff on used cars they were selling. I'm sure most dealers have a similar setup.

If they're so confident in their sales rating what's a few thousand less customers? (From anyone who might google their name for opinions) If they're not worried about treating customers with respect and coming through on their end of the bargain then why should we even CONSIDER thinking about giving them some business?
