Check the temperature setting, it could have moved accidentally while cleaning etc. There is a kind of a drainage located on top of the lower compartment to capture moisture from the top freezer to the tray at bottom of the frig. Eventually, the water collected there will evaporate due to the heat from the compressor. This drainage could be choked and can be removed for cleaning.
Quite a mouthful but hope this will help.
