A friend of mine with a big house and better .com luck than me just installed four of these to support his 10,000 watt system. They can handle more than that though, as I understand it. I was told by the contractor that CA only allows these things to get as hot as 95 degrees, but in Germany, they operate much hotter and can handle much higher wattage, but I can't remember what it was... just chatting with the contractor during part of the install.
