I am a veterinarian, but I am not a private practitioner, so I am not a very good source of medical advice. Rabbits frequently have problems with their teeth (malocclusion), which prevents them from eating and drinking properly. They also often get hairballs in the stomach, which is what the pineapple juice is supposed to help with. Both conditions can be serious. You should find a veterinarian who likes to work on rabbits (call around), and have the bunny looked at as soon as possible. A small animal can't survive very long without food and water.
I understand your concern about spending lots of money on an animal. However, animals deserve humane care and treatment, and you should at least have the veterinarian look at the animal to diagnose the problem. Then you will know what your options are. Good luck.
John.
