will stop eating and drinking for a coupla days. We've had one for almost 8 years and he does this periodically. His sister died a couple years ago and she did the same thing. We've found they do this more in hot weather than in cold, but even in winter Oreo will still not eat for a day or two.
He occasionally gets diarrea but it goes away--after all, bunnies do eat a bit of their own poop. Pineapple juice is a new one on me, but if a vet recommends it it's probably fine. Also try mixing a little cooked rice into his feed. Ours doesn't like carrots all that much, but loves chunks of apple. You might also try changing his food mix. Like with a dog, it's best to do this gradually. We just give him the Big Red brand we get at Agway.
