I tried all that. Saab doesn't care. Dealer I had lot of trouble with was owned by a holding company run by the general manager who didn't care. Everyone seems to think they can hide behind someone else these days and that there is always some other sucker you can push around. Very sad.
Try complaining. If it fails let it go. Insist on a supervisor at Saab customer assistance or you will never get anywhere. But if it is an outside extended warranty Saab can’t and won’t do anything. Often they can’t even handle complaints about their own warranty. Good luck.
