This morning my girlfriend had her '02 Audi A4 in for service at the dealer... apparently another vehicle being towed in (or out?) was not properly secured and struck my girlfriend's car. It's not clear what happened, other than the car was definitely damaged while in their "care."
We haven't seen the damage yet but have been told at least the driver's side rear quarter panel needs fixed. Possibly more. Any advice on how should we approach an appropriate resolution with this dealer? Anything we need to look out for as they try to cover their missteps?
