I doubt it. If you picked up a disabled cell phone, it wouldn't connect you to anything, not even emergency services, so neither would onstar. Unless onstar were not really deactivated when you unsubscribed... if you were unsubscribed, yet still the service is communicating with your car, then the answer might be yes. The official answer would be no, of course, you're not a licensed user of the sevice and it's completely off anyway, which it very well may be. I wonder how much it cost to put in that equipment considering in a poll way back when here showed that something like 90%+ don't use onstar after the free period expired. It's no wonder it became an option, at least I thought it did.
