Can I Vent a Moment?

Hard to find good help, I guess. Took time from work, and two wheel sets to Sears Auto to combine into one good set (one out-of-round, one sidewall bulge, etc), and mount new set to car. Labeled each tire accordingly, and left wheelsets and nuts in trunk. Service bays are EMPTY. Quoted $58, take one hour, we'll call when it's done. So... 1 1/2hr later guy calls, "we just got your car in, which tires go where, again?" Goodness. So after 3hrs I mosey over to the shop to see where they're at and it's done - but they've got my Shelby's screwed down with the conical black nuts from the stock manhole covers, not the supplied acorn nuts. And by the way, we destroyed two tires during dismount (but poop happens, so I let it go). Shop puts proper nuts on with some grumbling. By now it's around 5pm rush in shop and fittingly the service guy takes care of everyone but me, then walks away to take a cell phone call in back. On return, I ask what he though about taking 3.5hrs to do the job, putting wrong nuts on, making me wait longer yet (I let the 2 ruined tires slide), and the mid-20yo punk stares at his PC screen and makes some smart-ass comment about "well, it's your fault you didn't tell us about the nuts (that we had to trip over to get tires out), and besides, my service guy was on lunch". Stupified, I pay the guy and leave perplexed and irritated. As a business person, I would have said, "yeah, that was unacceptable, what can I do to smooth it over and ensure you come back to us?" So email abouve scenario to Sears, where it falls on deaf ears (automated email reply, a phone msg on my machine, and on call-back the service person just stone-walls "I don't know, the shop should be calling you." They don't, of course. Cherry on top: the jerk gouged two nice 1" scars into the goldvane Shelby's during the lug nut swap I'll have to paint up. Crimminy, am irritated by it all.
