It's interesting that their spy-ware is delivered to my computer through legitimate copies of purchased music...and then it does what exactly?
Does it go through music directories and report to Sony the number/amount of music on a hard drive? Does it monitor the traffic in/out of certain data types? Does it track when I burn a mix of music I've purchased?
In any case, it must have a way to differentiate between legit copies of copies, say, and stolen downloaded copies--probably it turns my monitor into a reverse acting X-ray 3D spy camera when I'm asleep and scans my CD collection in the bookshelf across the room...
I know I won't be buying any Sony products for awhile.
