I have the Razr from Verizon... Posted by turrbo [Email] (#8) [Profile/Gallery] (more from turrbo) on Mon, 30 Jan 2006 09:31:51 In Reply to: Cingular & Razr V3, Gordon [Profile/Gallery] , Mon, 30 Jan 2006 08:45:49 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
It's the best phone I've ever had, and I've had a ton of phones including a Qualcomm (way back), a few Nokias, a few Samsungs and an LG (got rid of it for the Razr).
The Razr feels like it's much better quality that all of my former phones. I like the how thin it is even though it's a little longer than some phones. The features are great, and the menus are very intuitive and easy. I really love the Bluetooth capability (get a headset!).
Also, on my college campus, service is really hard to get, especially in the dorms. I always had to go outside to use my old phone, but I get great service with the Razr, even inside.
As for the network, around Boston, Verizon has much better coverage and Cingular is spotty (although improving). I can't speak for Cali...it could be completely different out there.
