People who double park or park in a loading zone, alight their vehicle and leave it running to dash across the street to get their daily dose of Starbucks....When I see this my first thought is always "Look!!, FREE CAR!" It is the idiot who left it there and for the tacking after all. Would I be tempted to have a free ride if provided, maybe....no not really but, it would sure beat waiting for the bus. I haven't been that tempted yet, most of these free cars are commuter boxes anyway. But, if an owner of a higher end car did this I can't say I wouldn't be very tempted indded to say take a Porsche for a "spin around the block". I wouldn't though. I would however laugh my a$$ off twice if I saw it happen. Once as a witness and then again at the fool who only has a steaming grande half decaf latte to show for it. I am not a criminal after all & that thought alone is enough to stop my "urges".
