but it isn't recommended (for accuracy) to use the lowest setting (~15% on hte lower end and 15% under the higher end is more recommended). I got it at Canadian Tire, so I';m not sure what your equivalent is. It isn't top quality, but appears to be average (about $100)
if you can find a dial 1/4 drive in inch lbs you would be set. We use Snapon but htat is prohibative. Proto (stanley) sells them, and I believe MATCO may as well. Worth a try but you may have to pick a Snapon or similar up off ebay and get it calibrated.
