I was on allergy shot in the 70's growing up & due to a vacation (long story) out west (I live in Ohio known as sinus valley) I tried vitamins thus dropping shots.

So 5-6 yrs ago I purchased my 1st house which ended up being full of molds which caused my allergies to come back again... I originally tried going to a allergy doc (one of the top docs in the country) where they tested me for all kinds of stuff. We determined that my allergies included molds, grasses, trees & a LOT of other airborn stuff. Then there is the main food allergies which are yeast, wheat & soy that I stay away from. After taking my first few rounds of shots we realized that glicerine (stabilizer in all shot) also does not settle with me, put me to sleep for 6+ hrs. Anyways, the shots helped a LOT however after a few months they kinda made me feel like crap. I would get a shot & feel completely warn out for 3+days, then I would be OK untill I needed another shot.

So my search began for a vitamin specialist. I talked to a relative & they rescently used this person with excellent results. So I forked over my $$ & thought I would give it a try. She was able to tell me exactly what I was allergic to via her bio feedback stuff. I was shocked!!!! She gave me a list of vitamins to take so I went to my local store & I haven't felt better in a LONG LONG time!!

I also tried pretty much all of the stuff other people here are taking & for me they would usually make me feel worse.
