That's really interesting. Who are the do-gooders you're talking about? It could only be the FAA, I suppose. But of course this is complicated, and you didn't have a chance to provide us with enough information to let us come to our own conclusion. Can you please let us know which approach this is on, and what are the IFR minimums on that particular approach? Most importantly, at the location of the building, if an aircraft is perfectly on that particular approach path, what would be the vertical and horizontal separation between the top of a 160 ft building and the aircraft? I'm sure the FAA studied accident records to make their determination, so I wonder if you could also let us know if there have been any accidents on that particular approach. Any other factors that went into their decision, like variability of winds? Thanks.
