Call the resident engineer at any of these companies and they'll be happy to tell you that their oil meets or exceeds the GM spec. But, as noted in the other post, none of them have gone to the expense of testing to GM's standards or getting GM's blessing.
So what does this mean? There's lots of good oil out there. Many would be excellent choices for your Saab.
But...
What if there is some sort of unrelated engine failure and your dealer discovers you've got Amsoil in the crankcase? Grounds for warranty denial, I'm afraid. Some dealers might not care, but its a risk.
