Here are two I can think of:
1. Huge cargo capacity. Few cars combine capacity, performance and safety like a Saab.
2. Great in snow.


As for the seats, they are average at best. Even Aero seats are pretty lame compared to BMW M seats, most Audi seats, even VW GTI Recaros. My wife's 2000 Passat has better seats than my 1996 900 SE. Pretty much every performance-oriented Euro car has better seats than Saab. Overall I consider Saab seats to be way too wide, too soft and too shallow. I basically have to grip the bolster with by butt cheeks to keep from sliding into the door under cornering. Having said all that, seats are certainly a personal preference.

A tangent: I drove a 1993 Audi S4 that had seats to shame my beautiful Aero. In fact, the whole interior was plastered in thick leather. Real leather, not vinyl on the sides of everything. The rest of the S4 wasn't so great, especially its absurdly complicated and cramped engine compartment.
