I'm planning on replacing our dirt driveway with either concrete or asphalt. My understanding is that concrete is more expensive, but that blacktop needs more maintenance (sealing every year or two). It's a pretty long driveway so a small per sq. foot difference in price could end up being a chunk of change.
Anybody have any opinions on which is better?
