I've started waving more again. Most of the SAAB owners in this part of Western WA that is almost in Canada, drive SAABs from choice not because it was just another car. I've run my "lights in daylight for Safety" since my 99 days, so flashing the headlights may not be effective.
I've noticed in our small isolated county that most of the SAAB drivers will gladly talk about their cars and even come over to see mine. Every time I think I know how many SAABS we have in this county, I see another one. So far I've counted one each, red, gold, black 900c verts (mine is the white) and maybe 4 three door 900c-s. There are at least two 9-5 wagons and maybe a pair of 9-3 verts. There are a couple 9k-s. I'm thinking it's time for a San Juan SAAB Club. Our Logo would probably be a pennant (we have a lot of yachties here) with the Aeroplane logo (lots of private plane types) on a Robbin's egg blue field.
