They've got the right idea, but the physical design is terrible. It's the Harmony 550. Yeah it's cool that it's got a sound sensor in it so it lights up as soon as you come within 3 feet of it, and it seems to know what it's doing in getting all of our stuff to turn on (most of the time), but the quality of the product sucks. The buttons are very small and often get stuck in the down position because if you don't push them directly from above their edges slide under the cover. The plastic used is garbage. You can grab it at both ends and as if you were giving it an Indian burn flex it quite a bit. All the while making a terrible plastic on plastic creaking noise. The creaking noise is there all the time too. Pushing a button makes the body flex enough to make it creak. Don't waste your money on this one, but I do hear the higher end Harmony's are quite nice.
