Yes, send it to Saab by regular mail but also copy the local better business bureau and the dealer's general manager. If it's a problem that has been going on for some time without resolution or you believe you have been ripped off, also copy your state's attorney general and consumer affairs official. Sending the one to Saab by registered mail, with delivery verification gives it some extra oomph because you can prove it was delivered.

Be sure your letter is professional, objective and constructive, stating facts you can document. *Don't whine or threated.* Suggest what you expect to have happen as a reasonable resolution and a timeframe for a response. Provide day and evening phone numbers and your snail mail and email address so they can contact you.

If you don't hear something in two full weeks, send everyone a second letter.

And yeah, let people here know what's up.

There's an art to complaining, and if you do it right it often works well.
