i also always use a torque wrench (set to right between 75 and 100 on the dial)
if i let off the impact gun trigger just before the lug bolt shoulder hits, it measures about 60 lb-ft. snug, not tight.
go back to the shop. i've seen it happen that wheels fall off, and not one good thing can come from it. someone needs to be talked to about it.
i leave the socket on one wheel to remind me. if i find the socket in the parking lot, i know i f-ed up.
