I know you can find horror stories on the net about any company or topic, but I'd like to ask the users here if anyone has had a truly bad PayPal experience.

I'm working with another group of Kiva lenders and there's been some discussion about PayPal and its practices. One member had their account frozen and it took some time to get it unfrozen and another member has PayPal calling to ask about their purchases quite often.

My own experience as a buyer and vendor has been nothing short of awesome. I have not one single complaint. PayPal has been the most convenient payment tool for me over the years, but I'd like to see what others are experiencing.

And please, just your own experience. I know we all know stories.
