I tend to automatically think convertible when I think summer fun car but since you already have a Saab convertible, and it's about as sweet a classic convertible as anything I mentioned above, I've changed my list. Volovo P1800/122s or even a wagon from the sixites, '60s Land Rover or Land Cruiser (probably too expensive), classic Jeep Wagoneer with the wood grand on the sides (restored ones are too much but you can probably get a nice original one), a six series BMW coupe, or my favorite a 93 or 96 Saab. I think funky, oddball, small cars are the next hot thing for collectors. Jay Leno has a 93 stroker and Jerry Seinfield has a buzz bomber Fiat. I was at a car show a while back and someone brought a '69 Subaru. People were walking right past the GTO's and Chevelles and swarming this thing. You could keep it "in the family" and possibly be on the cutting edge.
