It depends how much they have in it. I don't follow Subaru prices that closely but the asking price sounds pretty high. With '09s on the ground it's essentially a 4 year old car. New they list around 25K pretty nicely equiped (or are you looking at a turbo?) and my guess is they're probably discounting new 08's substantially. You might conceievably buy a new one in the low 20's so I'd sure expect to buy a 4 year old one for a lot less than that, even with ultralow miles. Some dealers like to have jacked up prices so they can give big discounts--personally I'd be thinking somewhere around $15K. I used to sell Subarus and the Outback Legacy wagons are the car everyone wants--all of the other Legacies are always a tough sell so don't pay to much.
