im sure traveling you are going to want to get online with free wi-fi offerd by a huge percent of hotels, might need a note book with wi-fi capibility, and i have noticed flying in a plane the 15x4 inch note book takes up the hole seat your sitting in and extends a bit on the armrest.
and lastly need to ask yourself if you want Internet while your driving down the road and find a service provider that offers it and see what port in the notebook thats needed for the service.
i hear sprint only needs a ubs port for wi-fi and t-mobile needs a pci slot
verizon needs a ubs port,
i currently use t-mobile and had to shop for a note book that has the pci slot. currently all the note books are being upgraded to a pci express slot to do away with the old big pci cards.
but in the end i found a new note book thats just smoken with a pci card slot and a 14x6 perfect for air plans.
loaded with a 1250 radeon graphic card, 1.2 dual core amd processor, 2gigs of ramm, with 300 mb of hard drive, and a standard wi-fi card if i want to use a hotels Internet instead of my current provider.
how much dose all this cost...
