Been looking for an all season tire "rated high in winter", and came up with Yokohama AVID TRZ. Didn't look in Ultra high performance, after all I don't drive that way these days nor swap tires seasonally.
The 960's have better survey numbers except in winter/snow, also much lower wear rating 400 vs 700. For some reason Tire Rack has a lower price for the 960's in the 205/60/15 than the 195/65/15. That is tempting, although I prefer the narrower tire for standing water and snow. I hope to be back to full turbo in a few months which would be better with 205's. Discount Tire Direct had the best price, including shipping, for the TRZ's in 195/65/15. The tire specs for weight, tread width, etc, is interesting, some of them are light and narrow.
