Year & Model Important Posted by JustinHiFi [Email] (#829) [Profile/Gallery] (more from JustinHiFi) on Mon, 29 Jun 2009 22:37:51 In Reply to: hole in evaporator, Michelle Pound, Sat, 27 Jun 2009 12:28:22 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The price varies greatly for the evap core depending on the year and model you have. For instance from Saab the OG9-3 (9400) core must be cut from the vehicle making a used core useless. The replacement OE replacement kit runs upwards of over $1000 alone without labor. The 9-5 kit, same story and runs about $700. If you go back to a classic 900 (pre '94) dealer list is around $600 with aftermarket units around $150, and your able to replace with a used unit.
More info would be useful.
