What to do if tire shop scratches wheel

The fat man was just careless. Around the wheel bolts 3 of 5 have scratches. The wheel is shiny around the center so it shows. They are not too deep. 1 is slightly more and the other 2 are more shallow. What would you do? Maybe just don't go back? It's not like they created major curb rash. I think he just slightly touched the wheel while the socket wrench part of the air drill was still spinning slightly.
He also put the jack under the suspension in the rear. The car wasn't lifted very high or very long. That part does bear some weight. I think it's just sloppy.
