My 2007 9-3 Aero has rippling paint on the front passenger door. If the paint is damaged and it's not my fault and it is not environmental (which isn't covered under the warranty) and the dealership denies the possibility of repainting it, who should I contact to file a complaint? I just bought it in Aug. and brought it to their attention w/ in two weeks time. The comment I got from one of the service workers was that "it'll rust out eventually. It definitely needs repainted." I've read several responses concerning "it's up to the dealer" (from a Saab rep)- who can we turn to for results?
