2] If you type in the base models you see that the cts comes with nothing for your $37K base price. The standard sunroof on the bmw is near 1K alone. I got "my numbers" by selecting Maximize Shared Features and that yields a difference of only $2400 for similarly equipped vehicles.
3] You keep throwing out the cts-v/m-5. The original comparison was for the 5-series vs the new 9-5. If ugly at a premium price of $69,000 (the actual net price of the cts-v) is in your ballpark, swing away; you are exactly what gm is hoping for with the dumping of Saab. Get over your Saab blues by pouring an additional 30 grand into the cadillac segment.
4] On the pontiac issue, semantics aside, the fact remains; gm does not offer it any longer.
5] GM offers the TYPICAL Saab owner zero options. European is where they will look first, and where their dollar will end up.
