it is YMMV. What works great for me may not work great for someone else. I am always surprised how defensive or even aggressive people get (not anyone here but read some of the telecom blogs and sites)about their mobile phone service and then try to push their preferences on everyone else. The only thing that matters is does the provider have the products and services that I want/need and does it work where I go? Doesn't matter if it's Verizon, Sprint, ATT or T-Mobile, etc. we will all have different experiences that will dictate our loyalty and satisfaction, but no company, product or service is perfect. I think the iPhone is a great product, but it doesn't fill my needs on what I want my device to do. I have the HTC Hero on Sprint which takes care of what I want and works very well for me.

iPhone users, check out the Android OS devices out there. You'll probabley still prefer the iPhone and that's fine, but these gadgets keep getting better and better and more competative.

Sorry for the stupid lecture, but I've had a lot of my friends and family try to convince me that such and such is the best and I am a fool not to get such and such device and service.
