Me and my sister is overwhelmed by your kindness.

I know that everyone have a parent, mom and dad, and that my situation is no worse than anyone else who have lost a dear one and my fullest sympathy goes out to all of you.

Even though living far away, I have been blessed by seeing both my parents short time before they passed and that they didn't suffer too much or for too long.

I keep the good times in my heart and feel happy about that after dad passed away 5 years ago I made a point in calling my mom every Sunday to chat for awhile.
Please don't put off that call or visit to your parents (or your children) any longer, you never know what happens and when it's the last time you see them.

I taught mom to use a computer and internet and she bought a digital camera and learned how to get the photos from the camera to the computer, crop and re size them and send them to me.
I know, this doesn't sound as much for many of us but for an older generation it is a milestone.
The joy of receiving a freshly taken photo of her daily doings and her proud triumphant voice in the mail, see what an ol hag can do, made me laugh.
