With a 90 degree temp. rise yielding only a 2.1 gpm flow rate, you most likely will not have enough capacity. If you are married the odds go down even more. IF you can guarantee that only 1 person or appliance at a time opens a hot water valve, it will be borderline at best. Most modern tub faucets can produce a 2.4 gpm flow rate. A shower is slightly less.
You would be better off getting a unit that produces about 3.5 - 4 gpm flow rate; better to have a little too much capacity than not enough. You should also consider future resale value... a tankless water heater that is too small is harder to upgrade than a traditional tank-style water heater.
Other things to consider (if you have not already):
Cost of running a dedicated gas line to the new heater
Cost of code mandated stainless steel vent pipe and the possibility of having to connect the vent's condensate line to a plumbing waste line
I'm a fan of TWHs and have installed several during major home renovations. One last thing to consider, the Feds are giving up to $ 1,500.00 (or 30% of "installed" expense) for new TWH installations.
Good luck,
