This problem can be fixed......easily Posted by Herb Hirsch [Email] (#114) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Herb Hirsch) on Thu, 6 May 2010 14:15:50 In Reply to: Microwave oven question, dtech, Thu, 6 May 2010 10:31:17 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I don't know whether your microwave operating frequency can be altered. You may want to contact the microwave manufacturer first regarding the problems you're having. These are not an uncommon problems.
You could try filing a complaint with the FTC Consumer Protection Agency. I did this once and they were at my house two days later.
The wireless card on your PC and your router can be set to operate on about 12 different frequencies. The controls for changing this are on the PC control panel. Contact your PC vendor Tech Support if needed.
Your wireless home phone can also be set to operate on different frequencies. The owners manual or a call to the manufacturer may be necessary for help.
Re your cell phone, call the vendor's Tech Support. I know that the cell phone carriers use multiple frequencies. However, I don't know whether you have any control over selection.
